Welcome to the City of Killeen's Online Utility Payment System

When you log into your utility account you can:
  • Make a Payment
  • View Billing and Payment History
  • Set up and Manage Automatic Payment
  • Update your Contact Information

If you have not created an online account, please select Create New User in the top right corner.

You can also make a One-Time Payment without logging into your Utility Account by selecting One Time Payment on the left menu

A processing fee of $2.00 is added to all on-line accounts. You can also pay your bill in person with cash, card, check or money order and no fee will be assessed. If you continue with on-line payment you accept paying the $2.00 processing fee.

Payments received after 5:00 p.m Central Standard Time will be posted on the next business day. All payments received after 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on the due date will be subject to additional fees. Weekend and holiday payments will be posted on the next regular business day. Retain confirmation as your receipt.

Take precaution not to enter duplicate payments. The City is not responsible for charges, fees, etc. that occur as a result of mistaken or duplicate payments.

The system is unable to accept payments between the hours of 1:00-4:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) due to daily system maintenance. Please do not attempt to post payments during these hours.

If your account is delinquent you must contact our office after payment is made to prevent disconnection of service. If your water service has been disconnected you must contact our office at (254)501-7800 before 1:45 p.m. Central Standard Time for same day reconnection. If the request is received after 1:45 p.m. your account will be subject to additional fees.
